Inside The Brand: Sweet Nature Body

by

There’s nothing like creating a product that helps you heal your mind, body and soul during your spiritual journey, only to find out that you have also found your passion. That is just what Shontae Lucas has done with Sweet Nature Body. She has created a body care company with all natural ingredients to help benefit you from head to toe. Ooh La La Hair Glaze is comprised of several essential oils that have a ton of healing properties that repair, regenerate and or revive the hair and skin.

TELL US ABOUT THE SWEET NATURE STORY. HOW DID THE BRAND GET ITS START?

As a Certified Massage Therapist and Au Natural Gal, I’ve become fascinated with the positive effects aromatherapy has on our state of mind and the healing benefits that nature has to offer. As a PCOS fighter with ultra sensitive skin, I discovered how impossible it was to find natural skin care products gentle enough for my face but strong enough to combat some of my PCOS symptoms. While I wasn’t actually in a UFC ring, I was having the fight of my life! Battling anxiety, depression, and a whole slew of symptoms thanks to four scary letters, PCOS or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Symptoms range wildly from acne and hair loss to weight gain, infertility, and heart disease! Yup, it’s a total killjoy.
I wanted more balance in my body and my life, so I dove into creating a product line that would be gentle enough for my skin and hopefully make me feel better in a natural, holistic way. Combining my aromatherapy expertise with my obsession for nature’s healing properties, Sweet Nature Body was born.

TELL US ABOUT OOH LA LA HYDRATING HAIR GLAZE?

Ooh La La Hydrating Hair Glaze was originally created for my daughter who has extremely dry hair with fine strands and eczema. It has now evolved into a head to toe lifesaver.
In addition to being a treasurer for our hair, Ooh La La also works wonders for the skin. Mixed with jasmine oil, this product aids in eliminating stress and wrinkles and also relaxes the mind while rejuvenating the skin. It’s also helpful in treating dry or dehydrated skin and eczema. Your skin will look and feel healthier.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USNG THIS PRODUCT?

The healing powers of Chamomile have an anti-inflammatory effect when Ooh La La is applied directly to the skin it softens and soothes. It also helps you achieve that dewy youthful look all year. You can also use this on toddlers; it works like a charm for fussy toddlers who don’t like getting their hair done, Ohh La La can also calm their minds.
